The most important ethical dilemma

I think the most important ethical dilemma is commitment to accuracy, people read the news to find out the things going on around the world. If they are going to read fake news, they might as well not read what the "fake" journalist writes. Also, fake information may lead to chaos especially if they are related to really important news.
