I think that being bias free is the most important. Being bias to certain people is being unfair to the others, everyone is the same and should be treated equally with respect regardless of race or religion. By being bias to your own religion and talking bad about the others, you are not respecting others' opinions. Everyone has different perspectives and thoughts about believing in their own religion, and it is not wrong at all to do that.
